We are selling our house on Pearl Lake, which is between Traverse City and Empire, Michigan. It is a beautiful wilderness lake that is popular with kayakers and birders. Our house was built in 2002 and includes a wonderful artist studio and large workshop. It is listed with a realtor, but we have our own website to show it: http://www.northmichlakehouse.com. Resolved Question: How do I get an accurate home appraisal?
I’m trying to refinance my house. It is on a relatively large lake that also leads into 3 other large lakes, deck, pool, new roof, fireplace. My problem is that there have been no other houses that have sold on any of these lakefronts in the last few months. The appraiser said she had to go by near waterfront homes to do the comps. However, the homes she used were on large ponds, not a lake. Difference: You can boat, jet ski, waterski etc. on my lake. The waterfront she used for the comps only allows canoes. She also used a fixer upper foreclosure at that! Plus, none of the other homes she used had pools or a fireplace. How do I get an accurate appraisal without any generally similar comps?

There is a problem with the provided pre-made websites as well. They have very long domain names that, most likely, will not get web traffic without additional traffic driving sites that have shorter domain names and are more accessible. Again, bringing us back to the first issue of not knowing how to set up a domain name.

One positive aspect of the Shortcuts to Internet Millions program, is that it introduces people to internet marketing. It may not be a realistic depiction of how easy online income can be made, but it does allow one to begin thinking about, and researching, online money making opportunities. There are many different ways to make money online other than marketing, such as data entry work and paid surveys. The program does contain some valuable information on how to make money online.

Can the SIM program really help one to make $1,000,000?

I think that the Shortcuts to Internet Millions program does not do what it claims, which is to help people to make money fast. I don’t believe that the program itself can help someone to create a million dollar income either. The bottom line is that the SIM program simply doesn’t teach enough techniques for someone to know exactly how to make a decent income online.

Cheap Houses For Sale

Foreclosures in 2008 were at a record high and this opened up an entirely new market. This is good news for first time home buyers because they can now get cheap houses for sale. Foreclosure experts believe that due to recession there will be a further increase in foreclosures in 2009 and in all probability this might even cross the 2008 mark. For example, lenders in Hampden County foreclosed 149 properties between January and February 2009. In 2008, the foreclosure rate in the US had spiked by almost 81%, which is a mind boggling 225% increase since 2006.

The total number of foreclosures for sale was 861,664 and the rate of foreclosure was 1 in 54 homes. With more than 3.1 million foreclosure filings, there were almost an excess of 100,000 more cheap houses for sale as compared to 2007. The year 2009 also started with a huge bang as more than 800,000 homes were filed for foreclosure in the first quarter itself. This is the highest first quarter total since 2005. So many foreclosed homes means that they will be sold out through open to public auctions. This is actually a good deal for first time homeowners or those who don’t have the budget to buy a $200,000 home.

Homes listed in foreclosure are referred to as cheap houses for sale because most often than not they have a discounted price tag. What Happens In Foreclosure

Failing to pay the mortgage note or loan payment is only one possible reason for foreclosure. Other problems such as overdue property tax that isn’t paid, overdue HOA dues or assessments, even unpaid contractor bills can be cause for a foreclosure action.

The foreclosure process as it relates to a residential mortgage loan happens when the bank or other secured creditor takes possession of the property after the owner has failed to comply with the mortgage agreement. Most commonly, this is happens as a failure to meet payment of the home loan.

In foreclosure, the lender can opt to try and sell the property and keep the proceeds to pay off its mortgage and any legal costs.
